This period ends when the product is officially declared as end-of-life (EOL) by the Company, which signifies the cessation of all support and update services.
Prepaid Purchases: For services requiring periodic recharges (e.g., prepaid services), the Company provides support and maintenance for up to 3 months following each recharge. This includes access to updates and technical support relevant to the service in question. The support period restarts with each subsequent recharge, ensuring continuous support as long as the service is actively recharged.
Subscriptions: Subscription-based purchases are supported for the entire duration of the subscription. This includes regular updates, maintenance, and technical support available throughout the active subscription period. Upon renewal of a subscription, the support and maintenance terms extend accordingly, guaranteeing uninterrupted service and support.
9. Updates to terms and conditions
